New Challenge … Again
This is my New Challenge that I will hopefully stick with. Following today’s squad Announcement I decided that it would be fun to do a career with England and Blog about it. My aims for this Career are:
- Give Younger Players experience at EURO 2012
- Win a World Cup
- Make England number 1 team in the World
These are 3 simple aims. I will use young, upcoming players at EURO 2012, to give them the experience so when it’s the World Cup 2014 I will have a better chance of winning it.
I also fired all of the Staff apart from Stuart Pearce (Under-21 Manager) and Gary Lewin (Physio)
and here is our Euro 2012 Group, as you can see we have the Hosts (Poland) the difficult challenge of France and Our Arch-Rivals Scotland in what will be a very interesting Match
My Next Post will be about the New Backroom Staff which I have appointed
Luton Pre-Season
This is my post on the pre-season of Luton, I will start with the Transfers and then the Matches.
Transfers
I will not talk to much about the Transfers, as there wasn’t any big-name signings and most Transfers were for back-up
Emexca Orwubiko, MC, Free Transfer
Michael McCaffery, AMR, Free Transfer
Gary Inglis, GK, Free Transfer
Bobby Devyne, ST, Free Transfer
Thomas Cruise, DL, Free Transfer
Nathan Abbey, GK, Free Transfer
Here’s how the matches went:
My next post will cover the matches from now until January. Remember I cannot take charge of any of the matches and will holiday from now til January 1st.
Director of Football
I know I said I was going to take a break from FM Crowd, I couldn’t, I got bored of playing FM without posting about it. I have decided to return and I have the perfect Challenge for me, the Director of Football Challenge – http://sortitoutsi.net/forum/topic/53508-director-of-football-challenge/
Director of Football Challenge
In this challenge you control everything of the club apart from Tactics + Matches. The point of the challenge is it’s quick, perfect for People like me who need to play the game quickly, the rules of the Challenge are:
-Can only play during the transfer windows! You must holiday between the non-transfer periods, so as to try and avoid the temptation of fiddling with tactics!
-You can touch anything EXCEPT for tactics. You must leave this up to your Assistant Manager, so your career is riding on him. If he fails, YOU get the sack!
-Assistant Managers must be set to take your conferences and team talks.
-When you holiday, you can’t tell your assistant manager to stick with your pre-set tactics (see rule #2) or play the same line-up. Everything must be up to his discretion. Of course, you buy his players, don’t you?
The club I will start with is Luton Town
As I am the director of football, the assistant manager takes charge of every match, the first thing I done was terminate the contract of the Previous ASSMAN, the new Assistant Manager is …
Joe Roach … I know he doesn’t look that good, there was a number of reason for his appointment, mainly because his attributes for Motivating, Man Management and Discipline are very high, also cause he plays Mind Games, also he is a Model Professional:
He doesn’t have much experience, 3 days in temporary charge of Bournemouth, 4 years ago
I think that pretty much covers it, if you have any questions, feel free to ask in here and I’ll try and clarify them for you.
